simscan multiple regex

i constantly running into this issue, where for whatever reason my
first regex works fine yet i can never get a match for second regex

here is an example

-bash-3.2# cat /var/qmail/control/simcontrol
:clam=yes,spam=yes,spam_hits=7.0,regex=^Subject\072.*(7.|8.)\%.*:(?m).*\.ru\/\n{20,21}
-bash-3.2#

I get this

/var/log/qmail/smtpd/@400000004b9c861c03bd5fe4.s:@400000004b9c839b34c6855c
simscan:[98389]:REGEX:0.3258s:#0:190.190.236.32:qiqap7315-iYLRKe+***@public.gmane.org:it-***@public.gmane.org

yet never REGEX:x:#1, even though regex works fine through pcregrep as a test
it seems like it never does second regex at all, so its not even
trying to match it doesn't run that against email
